These pages highlight my finished necklaces,
made with many styles and techniques. They include my own lampworked
beads, fused pieces, wire wrapping, woven seed beads, occasional natural
stones and cold worked copper and silver. __________________________________________ This first set of pages show one family of necklaces I
have done, consisting of my lampworked beads highlighted by seed beads.
Whether the seed beads are woven or used simply to carry the feel of
the bead throughout the necklace, they are one of the favorite "pigments"
on my palette. |

Lamwork bead, sterling silver wire and woven seed beads. On a 16" sterling silver snake chain. Lampwork bead with dicro glass. Attached to a base of woven seed beads, and strung on a 16" sterling silver snake chain. 2 hollow lampwork beads and 3 raku ceramic beads. Strung with seed beads and sterling silver, it measures 17" long. Lamwork bead with woven seed beads, the pendant is 56mm x 32mm, on a 17" sterling silver chain.
